First of all, I would like to welcome you to my personal blog.
My name is Jerry Goldstein and I have been involved with mortgages throughout the most part of my life, especially 40 year mortgages. At this point of my career, after working for quite a number of years, me and a few old colleagues decided to start a few blogs. You can say that I belong in the old school type of bankers, but trust me when I say this, sometimes, the older the better. Especially when it comes to financial advice.
